Winning Combo - Praying, Saying, Believing = When Jesus Christ arose from the dead He gave to every believer a new key ring and a set of keys.  He gave you and me the power and authority to bind and loose wth this new set of keys.  "I will give the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind - that is, declare to be improper and unlawful - on earth must be already bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth - declare lawful - must be what is already loosed in heaven" (Matthew 16:19 Amp Bible).
