How can you jump in water and not get wet?  How can you see an

angel and not fear?  Have you seen an angel lately?  Can you

imagine being Mary and seeing an angel?  Seeing him would be

one thing, but then imagine the "guy" talking directly to you?  

"Fear not, Mary.  You have found favor with God!" 
 
Angel:  "Oh, by the way, the 1st Christmas is on it's way because

of you!  You get to be the mom in the Christmas Pageant!"  
 
Mary:  Oh, dear, what shall I wear?" 
 
I think the angel told her not to be afraid, because it was a given

that she was.  I think God somehow used the angel to bring

comfort and reassurance to her that it was all going to be all right.

"Yes, I'm BIG and yes, I'm bright, but I'm an OK angel."  This

Christmas let God come to you and talk to you.  "Yes, I'm BIG,

yes I'm bright, but I'm an OK God!"
