"But the meek shall inherit the earth, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace" (Psalm 37:11). I pray you experience the mighty truth of this verse and know in your heart and life the fulfillment of God's provision.  The Lord states those who are meek  - - - - (gentle, humble - saintly) will inherit the land.

This word inherit has a powerful life changing meaning.  It is to:

* occupy (by driving out previous tenants and possession in their place)
* to seize - cast out - destroy and disinherit - take possession

As the song says, go into the enemies camp and seize and take back what has been stolen from you.  You can only do this if you are living a “meek” life and walking in His authority and peace.  May we seek to
"Make His way known on the earth and His saving health and salvation among all people." I pray for you to effectively inherit many new blessings from the Lord and to revel in His peace.  This peace means:

* to be safe, happy, and well - to receive welfare from Him
* health, prosperity and peace

Please meditate on the following verses concerning the words of your mouth...

Proverbs 13:2, 3  "A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth:  but the soul of the transgressors shall eat violence.  He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life:  but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction."

Proverbs 16:24  "Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones."

Proverbs 18:21  "Death and life are in the power of the tongue:  and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."

Proverbs 21:23  "Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles."

We as believers must learn to lean the entire human personality on God in Christ Jesus.  This must be done with absolute truth and confidence in His Power, His Wisdom, and His Goodness.

Many of us could walk in peace if we would quit talking in such a negative fashion.  Often times we hear people saying destructive words such as "this is driving me crazy" or "I think I'm losing my mind."  As we say any negative words, we are opening ourselves to trouble.  James 3:2 says that we can control our whole body if we will not offend in word.  We need to understand that the speech center is located in the brain and the brain sends out our words to every nerve in our body.

Please meditate on the following verses concerning the words of your mouth...

Proverbs 10:11, 32 - "The mouth of the righteous man is a well of life:  but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked."

Proverbs 12:13,14,18,22 - "The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips:  but the just shall come out of trouble.  A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth:  and the recompence of a man's hands shall be rendered unto him.  There is that speaketh like the piercing of a sword:  but the tongue of the wise is health.  Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord:  but they that deal truly are his delight."
