When John the Baptist asked if Jesus was the Coming One, he received an amazing answer. During this time John was in prison for speaking against the sins of King Herod. He sent two of his disciples to Jesus and they returned with a powerful statement.

Jesus answered the question and said, "...Go and show John again those things which you do hear and see: The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them" (Matthew 11:4,5).

We have a beautiful picture of the Life Giver spoken of by Jesus Christ Himself. He always showed He came to earth to give life. "Most assuredly I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life. I am that bread of life" (John 6:47,48).

We must believe His words to cover our life. "...The words that I speak unto you are spirit and they are life" (John 6:63B).

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).

We as believers have been selected and blessed by the Lord to receive everything we need. In the first chapter of Ephesians we are told we are chosen to be in Him, so we can be holy and blameless.

Ephesians 1:7 shows us all of this happened by the blood of Christ: In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.

"As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those who trust in him" (Psalm 18:30). The Lord spoke to my heart as I read this verse. According to verse 30, His way is His Word.

This word perfect means to be entire, whole, and without blemish. The Word of the Lord is sound and undefiled. The Word of the Lord will also stand forever and is a sure foundation for all of life.

The Psalmist goes on to say in verse 32, "He makes my way perfect." Not only is God and His way perfect, but He declares that He will make all of your ways whole (perfect).

I encourage you to bring all your ways before the Lord, and believe and trust Him for His fulness. Remember,"It is God that girds me with strength and makes my way perfect."

I pray for you to receive an answer to all your prayers prayed in faith. The Lord is a rewarder of all those who diligently seek after Him (Hebrews 11:6). The Lord loves to open the windows of heaven and release His blessings!
