It’s always a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord as is written in 2 Timothy 1:2,3:

Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord. I thank God, whom I serve with a pure conscience, as my forefathers did, as without ceasing I remember you in my prayers night and day…

I want you to know I do pray for you and expect wonderful blessings for your life. I also have high hopes that you’re growing in the Lord and taking on His likeness more and more.

You’re a blessing to many others. The Lord is very much aware of your giving heart and never forgets your labor of love. So I'm praying for the Lord to bless all that you do.

The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself (Proverbs 11:25).

…Cornelius, your prayer has been heard, and your alms are remembered in the sight of God (Acts 10:31).

“The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest” (Luke 10:2).

I believe this verse has much application for our lives. The Lord states there is great potential for harvest.

We can be one of the laborers we’ve been instructed to pray for. In verse one, the Lord appointed seventy others and sent them to every city and place where He was to go. In verse nine the Lord said they were to heal the sick and to declare “the kingdom of God has come near you.”

I believe this is a part of the ministry for Lubbock Rays of Hope. We want to touch people and let them know God is near to them.

Let's help fulfill the mission of the church from Matthew 28:19, 20. We want to be a part of the great army of believers going into all the world. Together we can make possible the harvest the Lord desires to come to pass. May the Lord touch you and answer every prayer of your heart.

God sent His Word - the written and Living Word to heal! "Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching, preaching the good news, and healing every weakness and infirmity among the people" (Matthew 4:23).

Psalm 107:20, "He sent His word and healed them and delivered them from their destruction." He is still unlimited, unchanging, and all powerful! God has not changed His mind about healing. His thoughts and ideas for man are the same. "For I am the Lord, I do not change..." (Malachi 3:6). "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever" (Hebrews 13:8).

I love the truth about healing in Exodus 15:26. The Lord declares to His people that "He is the Lord that heals." This same message is given in Isaiah 53:4,5 and in 1 Peter 2:24. Aren't we glad that God's truth is still enduring to all generations! This is expressed in Psalm 33:11, "The counsel of the Lord stands forever, and the plans of His heart to all generations."

God also states that the "authority of His word is settled and established in heaven and that His faithfulness endures to all generations" (Psalm 119:89,90). We should all give thanks that we can receive healing and help from the written and the Living Word!

I am so grateful that I can have a part in sending forth the truth of the Lord. "I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever; with my mouth I will make known Your faithfulness to all generations" (Psalm 89:1).
